Eliza Barr
Executive Director
Eliza has an extensive professional background consisting of career development, community advocacy, and reentry services. Her primary drive for joining our organization is her passion for creating positive outlooks and necessary resources for those incarcerated. Eliza uses her personal connection as a justice impacted person to drive real systems change.
Mary Ward
North Carolina Coordinator
Mary has a background rooted in social services and corrections having retired from NC Adult Department of Corrections after 35 years of service. Her role as Offender Family Services Administrator, overseeing 55 prisons granted her a needed skillset for her role ensuring the growth of ROFW throughout NC. With Mary's guidance ROFW is operational in 7 facilities in NC and progressively growing.
